David Cozart, MD

Dr. Cozart graduated from the University of Tennessee – Memphis School of Medicine in 1990 and then went on to complete a General Surgery Residency at the University of Arkansas Medical Center. He is currently in private practice at Advanced Surgical Care, PC located in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. His areas of interest are breast and colon cancer treatment, cancer screening, operative general surgery and endoscopy. Dr. Cozart is associated with Helen Keller Hospital, Shoals Hospital and North Alabama Medical Center. He holds medical licenses in both Alabama and Tennessee.

Dr. Cozart is married to Ashley, his loving wife of 10 years. He is also the father of four wonderful children, Kendyl, Sydney, Samantha and Tom. When not working, Dr. Cozart enjoys being with family, hunting, boating, music, and Mississippi State athletic events (supporting his alma mater.)
